67 Ritz crackers, crushed or 2 pkgs. Townhouse crackers, reserve 1/2 cup for top
4 tbsp. sugar (can omit)
1 stick butter

Mix and press into 9x13 pan. Mix: 2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding 1 c. milk 1 lg. container Cool Whip

Pour over crumb mixture, top with remaining crumbs and freeze. Serve whenever. NOTE: delicious when used with lemon ice cream and lemon pudding or whatever.
