2 tbsp. oil 3 onions 2 cloves garlic 3 lbs. beef, pork or veal or 1 lb. each 2 tsp. salt Black pepper 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 10 oz. beef bouillon 20 oz. tomato puree 2 tbsp. vinegar 1 tsp. chili powder 1/8 tsp. ginger 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 bay leaf 1/8 tsp. cloves 1/8 tsp. oregano 1/8 tsp. thyme 1 1/2 tbsp. parsley 1/2 tsp. mustard 1 tsp. liquid smoke Brown cubes of meat, onions and garlic in oil. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 3 hours. Serve over noodles. |
