TENNESSEE HOT POT 
2 tbsp. oil
3 onions
2 cloves garlic
3 lbs. beef, pork or veal or 1 lb. each
2 tsp. salt
Black pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
10 oz. beef bouillon
20 oz. tomato puree
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. ginger
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 bay leaf
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. thyme
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Brown cubes of meat, onions and garlic in oil. Add all other ingredients. Simmer 3 hours. Serve over noodles.

WOW! - with this list of ingredients - this has to be "outstanding". Will break the recipe down to a smaller version due to the amount of meats... but this is one to try for SURE. Thanks for submitting!

I've made this back in 1980's for big crowd over 100. It's been a big hit. I'm so glad I found this recipe it's great for Christmas. I'll make this Christmas. The cutting of protein in equal pieces is important. Then even sear be sure it's browned. Follow spices as directed. Do not over do liquid smoke it's needed but don't let it overpower.
