STICKY CINNAMON ROLLS | |
1 1/4 c. confectioners sugar 1/2 c. whipping cream 1 c. chopped pecans (optional) 2 loaves (1 lb. ea.) frozen bread dough, thawed 3 tbsp. butter, melted 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon Combine confectioners sugar and cream. Divide between 2 greased 9 in. square baking pans; set aside. Roll each loaf into 12 in. by 8 in. rectangle. Brush with butter. Combine brown sugar & cinnamon. Sprinkle over butter. Roll up -- cut each loaf into 12 slices. Place in pan. Cover & refrigerate overnight. Next day, remove from refrigerator; cover and let rise until double (about 2 hours). Cover loosely with foil. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes. Uncover & bake 8-10 minutes longer. |
