TEX MEX DIP I 
3 med. Avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco mix
2 cans hot pepper bean dip
1 bunch onions (green)
3 med. tomatoes (chopped)
2 (3 1/2 oz.) cans ripe olives
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp cheese, shredded

Spread bean dip in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. In small bowl, mash Avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread over bean dip. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix. Spread over Avocado mixture. Next, spread sharp cheese over sour cream mixture. Top with ripe olives, tomatoes and onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
