TERESA'S POTATO SALAD 
8 med. red skin potatoes
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped green olives with pimento
3 tsp. sweet pickle relish
3 tbsp. chopped dill pickle
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. brown mustard
2 c. mayonnaise (less if preferred)
Paprika

Peel and dice potatoes. Cook until done, but firm. Let cool in refrigerator. Combine remaining ingredients; mix carefully with potatoes. Garnish with paprika.
