SALMON FISH MOLD 
2 c. or 1 lb. salmon
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. liquid smoke

Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine with next 6 ingredients. Mix well. Put in fish mold and chill several hours. Decorate fins with lemon, eyes with olives. Serve with crackers.
