Put in blender and mix.

Blend in blender all ingredients except oil. Gradually add oil, blend until smooth. Makes 1 1/4 cups.

Put ingredients in a quart jar and shake well each time you use. Refrigerate.

Put all ingredients in a glass carafe. Cover with lid. Shake well. Refrigerate until ready to use. Shake again when ready to use.
