Mix together in food processor using 1/2 of meat. Roll into ball on waxed paper then roll ball in remaining 1/2 of chopped beef. Chill and serve.

Mix all of the above ingredients, shape into 2 balls, and roll in chopped pecans or parsley. Can also be packed into a crock server.

Mix together with mixer. Divide into 2 or 3 balls. Then roll in chopped pecans. Serve with any type of cracker.

Mix all ingredients together and shape into a ball. You can add chopped olives and/or chopped onions if desired.

Let cream cheese soften to room temperature. Combine with Worcestershire sauce. Dice beef; add to cheese. Shape into a ball and refrigerate.

Chop beef in food processor. Save 1/4 ... onions, chop. Add cheese, Accent, and sauce, chop. Form into ball and roll in saved beef. Refrigerate. Serve on crackers.

Mix cream cheese, lemon juice and salt together with a mixer. Stir in onions and beef. Shape into a ball and refrigerate.

Soften cream cheese and mix with milk. Chop the beef and mix in remaining ingredients. Shape into a ball on a plate and serve with crackers.
