CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
FILLING #1:
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Spread over crust.

FILLING #2:
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix until pudding is thick; spread over filling #1. Top with Cool Whip.

CRUST:

1 c. flour
1 stick soft butter
2/3 c. finely chopped walnuts

Press into 9x13 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Let cool.
