PORK CHOP PIQUANTE | |
4 pork chops, 1 inch thick 1 tsp. Adolphs instant meat marinade 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. molasses 1/3 c. water 1 clove garlic, minced Trim excess fat from chops. Pour marinade, ginger, dry mustard, soy sauce, molasses and water into a shallow pan and blend well. Place chops in marinade. Turn and pierce all surfaces with a fork. Marinate several hours. Broil 6-8 inches from heat, 15-20 minutes, basting frequently with marinade. |
