BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
7 slices white bread, crumbled 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese 9 eggs 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 1/2 c. milk 1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled 1 can chopped green chilies 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 can cream corn 2 tbsp. onions, chopped Red and green pepper, chopped Pimento 1 tsp. each salt and pepper Put crumbled bread in bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole. Beat eggs; mix all other ingredients with eggs. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Have at room temperature 1 hour before baking. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
