NUT SPONGE CAKE 
6 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. water
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
6 egg whites
nuts

Beat egg yolks and sugar together. Add flour alternating with water and baking powder.

In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture. Add nuts to suit. Pour into greased angel food pan.

Bake at 375°F for approximately 45 minutes.
