2 (15 oz. ea.) cans Showboat Pork & Beans (brand REALLY matters)
1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
1/2 up finely chopped yellow onion
1 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
2 1/2 tbsp. BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby Ray's Honey is excellent)
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Fully cut lids of pork & beans. Invert using lid and moderate pressure to drain for about 15 seconds.

Mix drained beans with remaining ingredients and pour into shallow covered casserole dish.

Bake at 325°F for 50 minutes.
