1 pkg. angel food cake mix
2 tbsp. softened butter
1 egg
1/4 c. water
2 c. shredded coconut

Place cake mix in large bowl. With mixer mix in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto well greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until done at 375 degrees. Makes 3 dozen.
