RICE CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 c. broth
2 c. chopped cooked meat, beef or chicken
1 pkg. smokehouse Rice Jambalaya
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
Pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Bring broth to boil, add other ingredients, cover and cook about 25 minutes. Add more broth if needed.
