STEAK AND ONIONS 
2 1/2 lb. round steak
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom
2 onions, sliced
1/3 c. water

Brown meat on both sides; drain grease off of meat. Pour mixture of soup, water and onions over meat and simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.

Venison steak can be substituted for round steak.
