SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 roll sausage
2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. milk
1 egg

TOPPING:

1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt

Brown sausage. Drain. Add Bisquick, milk and egg. Mix well. Pour into greased pan. In bowl mix sour cream, egg and salt. Pour over mixture in pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
