PUMPKIN POUND CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix (not butter or oil type)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1/3 c. less water than cake mix calls for
1/3 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. mashed, cooked pumpkin

Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix dry ingredients in bowl. Add liquid and mix until well blended. Fold in nuts. Pour into Bundt pan.

Bake 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted at center comes out clean.
