COMPANY CHEESECAKE | |
1 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/4 c. chopped walnuts (opt.) 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 c. melted butter 3 eggs 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. almond extract 3 c. sour cream Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine fine graham cracker crumbs, finely chopped walnuts, ground cinnamon and melted butter. Press on bottom and up on 2/3 sides of 9" springform pan. Beat smooth the well beaten eggs, softened cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond extract. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees about 35 minutes or just until set. Cool. Chill 4 to 5 hours. (Filling will be soft.) Serves 12 to 16. |
