TURKEY CASSEROLE 
2 1/2+ c. noodles (8 oz.)
1/2 c. minced pimento
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1+ c. chicken broth (I use College Inn canned)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 lb. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2+ c. turkey, diced
1/2 c. minced green pepper
1 sm. onion, grated

Cook noodles in boiling salted water until tender; drain. Combine all ingredients, except cheese, in a greased casserole; top with grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8-10.
