SALMON PATTIES 
1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
1/2 c. onion, diced
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/4 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. cooking oil

Mix all ingredients and shape into patties. In a skillet heat oil; place patties in skillet and brown on both sides. Serves 8.
