CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
1 onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 sm. head cabbage
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. picante sauce
2 c. water
Salt & pepper to taste
4 oz. raw rice

Brown meat and onion in stew pot. Add all other ingredients. Cover and simmer on low until rice is tender and moist and liquid is cooked out, about 30 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
