CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
6 c. chopped cabbage
1 can tomato soup

Saute onion and turkey. Place 3 cups cabbage in 2 quart casserole. Cover with meat mixture. Top with remaining cabbage. Pour soup over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
