BUTTERSCOTCH RING 
1 pkg. frozen roll dough (3 lbs.)
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 sm. pkg. diced pecans
Cinnamon to taste

Place half of rolls in each of 2 ungreased bundt pans. Combine butter and brown sugar and melt. Pour half of mixture over each pan. Sprinkle with pecans and cinnamon. Cover both pans with towel and place on counter overnight to raise. About 30 minutes before serving, place in 350 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 2.
