1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
3/4 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. onion juice
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped unpeeled cucumber

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add lemon juice and onion juice. Chill until partially set. Fold in cucumbers and sour cream. Pour into oiled molds and chill until firm.
