TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can enchilada hot sauce
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can green chiles, chopped
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
1/2 lb. mild cheese, grated
1 pkg. corn tortillas

Brown hamburger and onions in skillet. Mix together hot sauce, milk, chicken soup and green chiles and set aside. Place one layer of tortillas in oblong pan; add layer of hamburger. Add layer of cheese. Pour liquid mixture. Repeat. Bake in 300 degree oven for 30 minutes.
