3-4 zucchini or summer squash 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 c. grated American, Cheddar, or Parmesan cheese 1-2 tomatoes Lightly saute squash. When squash is tender, put it in a baking pan or casserole dish. Add tomatoes; sprinkle cheese and bread crumbs on top. Boil until cheese is melted and golden (approximately 5-10 minutes). |
