EASY CRAB CASSEROLE 
2 beaten eggs
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Combine. Fold in 1 pound crab meat, fresh packed, and 2 slices of cubed bread. Spread mixture in a baking dish. Top with white sauce of: 1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. milk 1/8 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour, stirring. Add milk slowly, stirring until thick. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
