EASY CHICKEN 
8 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
8 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of mushroom OR chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine
2 c. stuffing mix
1/2 c. butter, melted

Put chicken in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 1 slice of cheese over each breast. Mix together soup and wine and pour over the chicken. Add melted butter to stuffing mix and put on top of cheese. Cover and bake at 350°F for 40-45 minutes. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.
