RHUBARB JAM 
2 1/2 lbs. rhubarb
1 1/2 lbs. sugar
2 med. size oranges (grated peel and juice)

Wash the rhubarb, peel, and cut into small pieces. Combine with the sugar, orange peel, and orange juice. Bring to boiling; reduce heat and cook gently until mixture thickens, stirring occasionally. Ladle into sterilized jars and seal. Makes about 3 pints.
