MINIATURE CHERRY CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla wafers
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix all ingredients and pour over vanilla wafer in foil lined cupcake container. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool and top with a teaspoon of cherry pie filling on each.
