1 pkg. good quality franks 2 or 3 cans beer 1 (11 1/2 oz.) bottle hot jalapeno peppers Cut franks into 1 inch portions. Place in aluminum skillet or shallow pot. Pour in beer (enough to cover franks). Add jalapeno peppers and some of its juice (depending on how hot you want it). Cover skillet or pot and let ingredients simmer until franks are plump or done. Place on serving dish and insert toothpicks for individual servings. |
