SQUASH DRESSING 
2 eggs
1/2 stick butter
2 1/2 c. bread crumbs (seasoned)
1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion, diced
Salt & pepper
1 tbsp. Creole seasoning

Combine cooked squash and butter. Stir in eggs. Add creole seasoning, salt and pepper to bread crumbs. Then combine this with onion and milk to the squash mixture. Bake in a shallow baking dish at 375 degrees until slightly browned.
