BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCH SQUARES 
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. quick oats
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. butterscotch ice cream topping
1 qt. ice cream

Combine flour, oats, and sugar. Cut in butter until mix resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in nuts. Pat mix into 13 x 9 inch pan and bake in a 400°F oven for 15 minutes. Stir while warm to crumble and then cool.

Spread 1/2 of crumbs in 9 x 9 inch pan. Drizzle half of topping over the crumbs. Spoon ice cream over crumbs. Drizzle other half of topping, and then top with the rest of the crumbs.

Freeze.
