PINEAPPLE BUTTERSCOTCH SQUARES 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 (20 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple, well drained
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1 c. chopped pecans, toasted
vegetable cooking spray
powdered sugar (garnish)

Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl; set aside. Beat together butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar in large bowl until creamy. Add pineapple, eggs and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir in flour mixture, butterscotch and nuts until blended. Pour in 13 x 9-inch baking pan sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
