PUMPKIN CAKE 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beat before adding
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 can pumpkin (16 oz.)

Mix well. Bake 30-40 minutes in long (13 x 9 inch) cake pan, 50-60 minutes in tube pan. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
