SWEET POTATO CRISP 
2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream above ingredients together.

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 to 3/4 c. brown sugar

Cream together.

Pour potato mixture into buttered 2-quart casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread topping mixture evenly over cooked sweet potato. Return to oven and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
