RITZ CRACKER DESSERT 
6 egg whites
1 1/2 c. sugar
50 crushed Ritz crackers
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 to 2 c. nuts
Coconut
Whipping cream

Beat 6 egg whites until stiff. Add 1 1/2 cups sugar. Fold in 50 crushed Ritz crackers and 2 teaspoons vanilla and 1 1/2 to 2 cups nuts. Bake in 9x13 inch greased pan at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

Whip 1 pint cream. Don't add sugar to cream. Put coconut on top.
