FRUIT TARTS 
1 lb. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafers
2 jars or cans of fruit - blueberry, strawberry, or cherry
2 tsp. sour cream
Cupcake liners

With electric beater, whip cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. With large spoon, add sour cream. Blend well. Line 24 cupcake tins with liners and place a wafer on bottom. Fill each half full. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. When cool, place fruit on top.
