CRANBERRY SALAD 
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
2 pkgs. cherry Jell-O
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. hot water
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. walnuts
1-2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. ground raw cranberries (1 lb.)
1 sm. orange, ground
1 c. chopped celery

Drain pineapple, reserving syrup. Combine Jell-O and sugar; dissolve in hot water. Add cold water, lemon juice and pineapple juice. Chill until actually set. Add pineapple and remaining ingredients. Turn into 6 cup mold. Chill until firm. Trim with softened cream cheese or whipped cream.
