POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cooked cold boiled potatoes
1 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. French dressing
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 hard-cooked eggs, cut up

Place potatoes and onion in bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix lightly with French dressing. Chill an hour or 2. Carefully blend in eggs.

Add cup of chopped celery and cup of grated carrot and 1 cup chopped green pepper. Add extra seasoning and dressing to taste.
