POTATO DRESSING FOR POULTRY 
3 c. mashed hot potatoes
1 c. stale bread crumbs
1 chopped onion
1/2 c. finely chopped salt pork
1 tsp. Bell's seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste

Fry finely chopped salt pork. Saute onions in same pan. When onions are tender, add all potatoes and crumbs. Add seasoning. Mix well.
