STUFFED SQUASH 
8 med. yellow squash
2 sm. onions, minced
1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped
1 tbsp. butter
2 c. cracker crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
2 eggs
2 tsp. sugar
Dash Tabasco
Paprika
Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Split squash lengthwise, scoop out inside of squash and cook in skillet with butter, onions, and seasoning. When done add 1 cup cracker crumbs, beaten eggs and ham, mixing well. Stuff filling into shells that have been scalded a few minutes. Sprinkle rest of finely rolled cracker crumbs and paprika on squash and drip a little butter from pastry brush over top. Bake in pan with a few drops of water to keep from sticking.
