COUNTRY STYLE CUBE STEAK 
1 lb. cube steak
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. green pepper, cut in strips
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Coat meat with mixture of flour, salt and pepper; brown in oil with onion and green pepper. Stir in brown sugar, dry mustard, catsup, water, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until meat is tender.
