BEAN SALAD 
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. onion, sliced
Some fresh or canned red mango
1 can yellow beans
1 can green beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can peas
1 can garbanzo (chick) peas

Mix and let stand several hours or overnight. Stir several times.
