MINCE MEAT 
4 lbs. ground beef, sauteed
1 gal. apples, chopped
1 lb. raisins
8 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cloves

Combine all ingredients and cook thoroughly. Refrigerate and use in pies or other recipes calling for mince meat.
