1 box Escort crackers
1 stick butter, softened
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
4-6 chicken breasts (approx. 4 c.)

Cook chicken and remove meat from the bones. Crumble 2 packages of crackers and mix with butter (bottom layer of casserole). Mix soups and sour cream. Pour half of soup/sour cream mix over bottom layer, place half of chicken over this. Crumble another package of crackers and sprinkle over chicken. Pour remaining soup/sour cream mixture over crackers, top with chicken. Crumble a package of crackers and sprinkle over chicken. Place in 375 degree oven for 35 to 45 minutes or until crackers are brown and casserole is bubbly.
