PISTACHIO CAKE 
CAKE:

1 white cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. ginger ale
1 c. oil
1 box pistachio pudding
1 c. chopped pecans

FROSTING:

1 can Eagle Brand
1 pkg. pistachio pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
Chopped pecans

Mix cake ingredients together and bake in 3 layers 8 inch. Cool and frost with frosting.

Whip Eagle Brand and pudding until very thick and well mixed. Fold in Cool Whip and nuts.
