1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sm., salted peanuts

Cook and stir to a full, all over boil. Lower heat and keep stirring while mixture boils slowly 3 minutes. Take off heat.
