GELLED SOUR CREAM DESSERT 
3 oz. gelatin (any flavor)
1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 pt. sour cream
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar

Prepare gelatin according to directions; chill until partially set. Place 1/3 cup of crumbs on bottom of 9 inch greased pie plate.

Combine sour cream, egg, vanilla and sugar; blend well. Pour 1/2 of sour cream mixture over crumbs. Pour 1/2 of gelatin over cream. Top with crumbs. Repeat. Chill 3 hours. Serves 8.
